एकरे अस्थापना के बादे से एकर सदस्य देस बढ़त गइलें आ सुरुआती 12 गो देसन से बढ़ि के अब 30 देस भ गइल बाड़ें। एकर सभसे नया सदस्य बने वाला देस उत्तर मैसिडोनिया बाटे जे 27 मार्च 2020 के एह में सामिल भइल। नाटो द्वारा खुद एह समय बोस्निया आ हर्जेगोविना, जॉर्जिया आ यूक्रेन के एह में शामिल होखे के इच्छा रखे वाला देस के रूप में मानल जा रहल बाटे।^[3] फरवरी 2022 में रूस के यूक्रेन पर हमला करे से पहिले रूसी राष्ट्रपति व्लादिमीर पुतिन के माँग रहल कि यूक्रेन, जॉर्जिया आ मोल्डोवा देसन के नाटो में न सामिल कइल जाय।^[4] कुल सदस्य देसन के अलावा 20 देस नाटो के शांति प्रोग्राम में शामिल बाड़ें आ 15 अउरी देस संस्थागत रूप से बार्ता के प्रोग्राम के हिस्सा बाड़ें। एकरे सगरी मेंबर स्टेट सभ के कुल एकट्ठा मलेटरी खर्चा के अनुमान 2020 में बैस्विक खर्चा के 57% रहल।^[5] इहो संकल्प रहल कि हर मेंबर देस अपना जीडीपी के कम से कम 2% हिस्सा 2024 ले रक्षा-प्रतिरक्षा के मद में जरूर से खर्चा करी।^[6]^[7]
