24 फरवरी 2022 के रूस द्वारा यूक्रेन पर बड़हन पैमाना पर हमला क दिहल गइल जे लमहर समय से चलत आ रहल रूस-यूक्रेन युद्ध के एगो बड़ पैमाना के घटना बाटे। एह हमला के तइयारी रूस द्वारा 2021 के सुरुआते में एह इलाका में सेना एकट्ठा करे से सुरू भइल; रूस के मांग रहल कि यूक्रेन के नाटो में मत सामिल कइल जाय।[3] हमला करे के ठीक पहिले रूस द्वारा खुद-घोषित दू गो इलाका दोनेत्स्क पीपल्स रिपब्लिकलोहान्स्क पीपल्स रिपब्लिक के मान्यता दे दिहल गइल। एकरा बाद डोनबास इलाका में रूस के सेना हमला सुरू क दिहलस।

यूनाइटेड नेशंस के सेक्रेटरी जनरल एंटानियो गुटरेस रूस से आग्रह कइलें कि तत्काल हमला के रोक दिहल जाय, फ्रांस के आ अमेरिका के राजदूत लोग घोषणा कइल कि यूनाइटेड नेशंस के सिक्योरिटी काउंसिल (सुरक्षा परिषद) में प्रस्ताव ले आइल जाई।[4] यूनाइटेड किंगडम,[5] अमेरिका,[6] कनाडा[7] आ यूरोपियन युनियन[8] एह हमला केबिना उकसावा के कइल हमला आ अनियाव भरल बतवले बाड़ें आ घोषणा कइले बाड़ें की रूस के खिलाफ कठोर प्रतिबंध लगावल जाई।[9] फ्रांस,[10][11] स्पेन, जापान, इटली, नार्वे, आ जॉर्जिया[12][13][14] एकर निंदा कइले बाड़ें।
