सत्यमेव जयते (अरथ: "साँचे के जीत होला") प्राचीन भारतीय ग्रंथ मुंडक उपनिषद के एगो मंत्र हवे।[1] भारत के आजादी मिलला के बाद एकरा के भारत गणराज्य के राष्ट्रीय मोटो बीछल गइल।[2] एकरा के राजचीन्हा के ठीक नीचे लिखल जाला। भारत के राजचिह्न आ ई वाक्य दुनों भारतीय करेंसी (रुपिया) के पछिला ओर छपल होला। एकरे अलावा केंद्र सरकार के दस्तावेज आ महत्वपूर्ण सरकारी दस्तावेजन पर राष्ट्रीय चीन्हा के साथ छापल जाला। भारत के राजचीह्न सम्राट अशोक के बनवावल सारनाथ के अशोक स्तंभ के ऊपरी मुकुट के कॉपी हवे।

एह वाक्य के परसिद्ध उपनिषद मुंडक उपनिषद के मंत्र संख्या 3.1.6. से लिहल गइल बाटे। पूरा मंत्र नीचा दिहल बाटे:

सत्यमेव जयते नानृतं
सत्येन पन्था विततो देवयानः ।
येनाक्रमन्त्यृषयो ह्याप्तकामा
यत्र तत् सत्यस्य परमं निधानम् ॥6॥

satyameva jayate nānṛtaṁ
satyena panthā vitato devayānaḥ
yenākramantyṛṣayo hyāptakāmā
yatra tat satyasya paramaṁ nidhānam[3]

Truth alone triumphs; notfalsehood.
Through truth the divine path is spread out
by which the sages whose desires have been completely fulfilled, reach

एह नारा के प्रचार प्रसार मुख्य रूप से पंडित मदन मोहन मालवीय द्वारा कइल गइल आ उहे एकरा के राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर परसिद्ध कइलें जब ऊ 1918 में भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस के दुसरा बेर अध्यक्ष बनलें।[7]
