पेन्टेड काला तीतर या चित्तीदार काला तीतर(अंग्रेजी:Painted francolin) (Francolinus pictus) चिरइन की तीतर-बटेर परिवार क सदस्य पक्षी हवे।
ई चिरई भारत आ श्री लंका में पावल जाले। ई लंका की साधे चार रूपया की डाक टिकट पर भी छपल बाटे।[3]
