लम्पुरा बकुला (अंग्रेजी:Chinese pond heron) (Ardeola bacchus) चिरइन की हेरन (heron) परिवार क सदस्य हवे। एकरी रंग में जाड़ा आ प्रजनन काल कि विचा में बहुत अंतर आ जाला।
ई ऊ छह गो प्रजातिन में से एगो हवे जिनहन के अंग्रेजी में पौण्ड हेरन (pond herons - genus Ardeola) कहल जाला। ई भारतीय पौण्ड हेरन या अन्हबकुला (A. grayii) आ पूरुब ओर जावा के पौण्ड हेरन (Javan pond heron A. speciosa) के लगभग (parapatric) प्रजाति हवे आ ई सगरी एक संघे मिल के एगो सुपरप्रजाति (superspecies) बनावेलें। एगो ग्रुप की रूप में ई (squacco heron A. ralloides) या मालागासी पौण्ड हेरन (Malagasy pond heron (A. idae) के साथ जुड़ल बाटें। साल 2011 ले अभी ए अन्हबकुला सभ के आपसी संबंध खातिर मॉलिक्यूलर एनालिसिस नइखे प्रकाशित भइल।[2] आ ऑस्टियोलॉजिकल (osteological) आँकड़ा के भी सगरी प्रजातिन खातिर (taxa खातिर) नीक से अध्ययन नइखे भइल।[3]
नाँव[संपादन करीं]
अंग्रेजी में एकरा के Chinese pond heron कहल जाला आ चूँकि ई भारत की हिंदी या भोजपुरी बेल्ट में ला मिलेला, साइत एही से हिंदी या भोजपुरी में कौनों नाँव भी नइखे। भारत में ई पूर्वोत्तर की राज्यन में पावल जाला आ एकर नाँव मणिपुर में लम्पुरा हवे।

बिबरण आ पारिस्थितिकी[संपादन करीं]
The Chinese pond heron is typically 47 सेमी (19 इंच) long with white wings, a yellow bill with a black tip, yellow eyes and legs. Its overall colour is red, blue and white during breeding season, and greyish-brown and flecked with white at other times.[4]
It is found in shallow fresh and salt water wetlands and ponds in China and adjacent temperate and subtropical East Asia. Essentially a lowland bird, its range is delimited by the subarctic regions in the north, and by the mountain ranges in the west and south.[4]
The species is prone to some vagrancy. One individual in breeding plumage was seen by the river at Bonzon near Gangaw – just inside the Chin State of Burma – west of the species' usual range, on अप्रैल 8, 1995. A stray bird stopping over on Saint Paul Island, Alaska on August 4–9, 1997 was the first recorded occurrence of this species in the United States.[5][6]
Its food consists of insects, fish, and crustaceans. The Chinese pond heron often nests in mixed-species heronries. It lays a clutch of 3–6 blue-green eggs.[4]
It is fairly common and not considered a threatened species by the IUCN.[7]
