यास्क (c. 4थी सदी ईपू[1]पाणिनि से पहिले रहलें[2][3][4][5][6][note 1]) एगो प्राचीन भारतीय बिद्वान रहलें। परंपरागत रूप से इनका के निरुक्त के रचयिता मानल जाला आ इहे इनके परसिद्धि के कारन हवे।
